Ordering a whole lamb by yourself or split with friends makes it easy to get the most variety for the best deal. You’ll have a well-appointed supply of decadent, savory cuts of meat on hand to grill on a sunny Saturday, braise for dinner guests, slow-cook for an cozy night in and feature as the centerpiece of a family gathering. This box supplies a complete experience of lamb and recipes to guide you through every cut.

This box comes with two racks of lamb, two legs of lamb, kabobs, lamb chops, ground and shanks adding up to 40-45 lbs. Included in the Whole-Lamb Box is a booklet of recipes and cooking tips, our custom smokey dry rub, and a free tea towel.

How This Works

• For our Siskiyou/Rogue Valley customers, you can pick up between 8-9am or 4-6pm on the Monday immediately following your order. After purchasing your lamb, we will send you the location and times for your local pickup. If this pickup date/time does not work for you, contact us and we can arrange for something else!

• For our customers near the I-5 corridor between Grants Pass and Seattle, we will be delivering lamb boxes February 23-24 to designated pickup locations in your town. Sign up for our email list to stay informed about our delivery trips!
